The Holy Spirit

In order to grow as a believer, it is important to understand the role of the Holy Spirit.
To be effective in walking a Christ-Centered Life, we must adjust our lives to what the Holy Spirit wants to do in, for, and through us.
IN a believer, the role of the Holy Spirit is to transform us to be Christ-like. This is what I refer to as living a Christ-Centered life!
I Corinthians 2:9-10 NLT No eye has seen, nor ear has heard, and no mind has imagined what God has prepared for those who love him. But it was to us that God revealed these things by his Spirit. For his Spirit searches out everything and shows us God’s deep secrets.
FOR a believer, the role of the Holy Spirit is to help and guide us.
John 14:26 NKJV But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom my father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.
THROUGH a believer, the role of the Holy Spirit is to reveal God’s revelations through us!
Act 1:8 NKJV But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem [family, home], and in all Judea [our community] and Samaria [across cultures], and to the end of the earth [missions].
All of this is done through us, when we possess and tap into the power of the Holy Spirit.
As believers, we need to take the time to really dig into the role of the Holy Spirit in our lives. The more our knowledge grows, the greater the power of the Holy Spirit expands within us. Anyone who chooses not to explore the role of the Holy Spirit might be rejecting the Holy Spirit altogether!
Colossians 3:10 NKJV …Put on the new man who is renewed in knowledge according to the image of Him who created him,
Hosea 4:6 NKJV My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge,
We are best equipped to serve our families, our community, and our mission fields when we embrace the role of the Holy Spirit in our lives!
